The firm was founded in 1971 by Edward Everett Hale, a graduate of Harvard and Columbia, who came west and made Reno his home in the late 1960's. Edward's primary field of law was real estate transactions, and he became known as one of the best in the state in that field. Over the years, the firm expanded its practice to include all manner of business and commercial transactions, as well as a full-service commercial litigation practice. The formula for creating a successful law firm back then was simple — hire good, hardworking lawyers, perform solid legal work and never forget that service to the client is paramount.
