Background and Experience
Pat Reilly is a shareholder in the firm and leads the litigation practice group in Las Vegas. He practices commercial litigation exclusively, representing a wide variety of business clients, including financial institutions, hotel/casinos, utilities, land developers, and commercial landlords.

Pat is an experienced attorney with an extensive background in complex and high profile business litigation, including the longest civil trial in Nevada history. His experience extends to his appellate practice, where he has successfully argued many appeals before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Pat began his career as a law clerk to the Honorable James M. Ideman in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California from 1996-97.

Education and Professional Affiliations
Pat received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California (1988) and his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California (1996). He was the Chief Articles Editor of the Loyola International and Comparative Law Journal (1995-1996).

Pat has been an active member of the State Bar of Nevada since 1996 and is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Nevada (1996), the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (1998), and the United States Supreme Court (2000). He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and Clark County Bar Association.

Pat was in the Leadership Las Vegas Class of 2005 and was the "We Care" Ambassador for the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce in 2004-2005. He was also a member of the Society of St. Mary in 2004-2005.
